Our team is happy to assist you from 9am-5pm daily. We also have a designated emergency maintence team ready to help 24/7 for tenant maintenance emergencies.
Our Corporate office is located at Butler Plaza 100 North Cottonwood Drive in Richardson, TX. We are only open to the public by appointment. However, if you need to dropoff a deposit or rent payment, you're encouraged to use the dropbox located on the East side of the building.
Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month. Please refer to your lease document.
Our application is mainly based on 3 pillars: Income, Rental History, and Credit Score. Each of those will be reviewed within 24-72 hours once your application is submitted. Please refer to the detailed criteria before starting the application. It is the first step in the application process.
Maintenance requests are monitored 24/7. For an emergency repair (please carefully reference your lease first) call our office 214.641.9400 and choose the maintenance emergency extension in addition to filling out a maintenance request through your tenant portal. HVAC repairs are NOT considered an emergency repair per the lease. Any non-emergency calls will be returned the following business day. Medical, Fire, Police Emergency? Dial 911.
Rent can easily be paid through your online tenant portal.
